📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on healthcare and nursing.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.
• Certifications in HR management, such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
