📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages.,Document system configurations and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement system improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
