Lingkungan Maya Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we have the necessary supplies and materials to maintain our high standards of service. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work, offering a dynamic and challenging environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and quality products.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet our needs.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
