📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the retail store, including stock management and customer service.,Support online sales by managing our e-commerce platform and responding to customer inquiries.,Promote our products and services to potential customers both in-store and online.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
