📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to our team across multiple locations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Assist with the deployment and management of cloud-based solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
- Document and maintain IT processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Proficient in using ITIL framework for IT service management.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
