📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of a specific section within the health center.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve service quality.,Assist in developing and implementing training programs for staff.,Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Represent the health center at community events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
