📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflows.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production delays.,Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent performance and knowledge sharing.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
