📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
