📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction of residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure timely and budgetary compliance.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development, with at least 2 years in a senior project management role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards.
