📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct strategic business analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.,Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives.,Provide consultancy services to various departments to improve business processes and performance.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide informed advice and recommendations.,Prepare and present strategic business reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic business consulting or a related field.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) and B3 (Environmental Management) regulations and standards.,Experience in working with senior management and stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
