📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the port to ensure efficiency and safety.,Managing a team of staff to achieve operational goals.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless port operations.,Implementing and monitoring quality control measures.,Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely manner.,Providing training and development opportunities for the team.,Maintaining accurate records and reports of port activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the port or maritime industry.,Strong knowledge of port operations and safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in port management.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
