📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets industry standards.,Update and revise existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation quality.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of documentation tools and processes.,Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
