In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our finance department with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy in financial records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.,Maintain and update financial records and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and monitoring bank transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and other required financial statements.,Handle administrative tasks related to payroll processing, including preparing and distributing pay slips.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of financial files and documents.,Support the finance team in any other administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in a textile or manufacturing company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good understanding of financial software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
