📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
  • Track and manage fuel usage and expenses.
  • Oversee driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the fleet manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly fleet reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition before each use.
  • Assist in the organization of fleet meetings and training sessions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.
