📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality of training materials.,Facilitate learning activities and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the planning and organization of learning events and conferences.,Support the development of learning materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other learning management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
