📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and applications.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and technologies.,Experience with virtualization and cloud computing is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
