📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and stock management.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory levels and orders.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, resolving them promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
