📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to assess their life insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
• Collaborate with bank partners to integrate AIA's life insurance solutions into their financial services offerings
• Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support and advice
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular client reviews and updates to ensure policies remain aligned with clients' needs
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies
• Leverage AIA's proprietary software, such as AIA Connect and AIA Salesforce, to manage client data and track performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, or a related role
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and risk management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and AIA's proprietary software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid insurance sales license or willingness to obtain one
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
