📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Chromascan system, ensuring accurate and reliable results.,Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of the Chromascan equipment to maintain optimal performance.,Train and mentor team members on the proper use and maintenance of the Chromascan system.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Chromascan data into broader quality control processes.,Monitor and report on Chromascan performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Chromascan operations.,Lead and coordinate with external vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance and upgrades.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role, with a focus on coating and paint technologies.,Proven experience in managing and optimizing Chromascan or similar spectroscopic equipment.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to generate and present meaningful reports.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the coatings industry.,Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required by the role.
