As a Customer Service Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our customer service team in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. You will also be involved in various customer service projects and activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participate in customer service projects and activities
  • Assist in training and mentoring new hires
  • Assist in monitoring and improving customer service processes
  • Assist in other tasks as assigned by the manager

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a relevant field of study
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Proactive and initiative-taking attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
