📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet is clean, well-organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor new staff members to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and report sales performance to the management team.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the outlet.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid ID and work permit for Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
