📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep the restaurant menu fresh and exciting.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Ensure timely and efficient service to customers, meeting their dietary requirements and preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Possession of relevant certifications and licenses.
