📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Work with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on personnel management.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a similar role within a growing organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
