As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's growth and success by managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
