Gold New Group is looking for a Junior Crew Outlet to join our team. We are a leading retail group in Indonesia, and we are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team. The Junior Crew Outlet will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our outlet stores, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and organized.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the outlet store, including stocking, merchandising, and cleaning.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of products for sale.,Ensure that all sales transactions are accurately recorded and processed.,Assist in the maintenance and organization of the store, including restocking and re-shelving.,Assist in the preparation of end-of-day reports and other administrative tasks.,Assist in the training and development of new employees.,Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good knowledge of basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
