• Managing and developing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Monitoring client accounts and providing regular reports on performance and trends.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
