As a Lead Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for managing our coffee shop operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to our team's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Manage the cash register and handle all financial transactions accurately.,Train and supervise junior baristas and cashiers.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Promote our products and services to attract new customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Excellent customer service and communication skills.,Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and quality standards.,Good understanding of financial transactions and cash handling.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
