📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transportation of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance schedules to optimize costs and ensure vehicle reliability.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues promptly.,Manage and maintain fleet documentation, including vehicle logs, maintenance records, and insurance documents.,Provide training and support to drivers and other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role in the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing fleet operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
