📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets,Maintain a clean and organized work environment,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Train and develop new hires in sales and customer service skills,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and customer service roles,Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with accounting software,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
