📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow,Maintain and update operational records and documents,Support the operations manager in planning and implementing operational strategies,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs),Assist in the organization of meetings, events, and other operational activities,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide administrative support to the operations team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus
