📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that all products are made to the highest standards,Monitor and maintain production schedules to ensure that all products are made on time,Ensure that all production equipment is in good working order and that all safety procedures are followed,Train and mentor production staff to ensure that they are able to perform their jobs to the highest standards,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that all raw materials are available when needed,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet the required standards,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that production is aligned with customer demand,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and productivity

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with production management software and tools,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
