📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency network and increase market share.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to agency partners and their clients.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the success of agency relationships.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of agency partners into our ecosystem.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve agency relationships.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our insurance products.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our agency network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field in the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of the insurance market and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
