Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the company's operations run smoothly and efficiently.Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the department operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events, as required.Any other duties as assigned by the management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
