📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain and update the store's inventory, ensuring accurate records and stock levels.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store performance goals.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools.,Good understanding of customer service principles and practices.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
