📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and market developments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to drive overall dealership performance.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with automotive products and industry knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
