Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement career development strategies for graduate students, aligning with the university's mission and goals.Manage and coordinate the activities of the Graduate Career Development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to students.Provide career counseling and guidance to graduate students, helping them to identify their career goals and develop action plans.Organize and facilitate career development workshops, seminars, and events for graduate students.Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance career opportunities for students.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career development programs and services, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in career development, and incorporate these into the university's career services.Represent the university at external events and conferences, promoting the university's career development services and attracting potential students and partners.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in education, psychology, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of experience in career development, counseling, or a related field.Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating career development programs and services.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and industry partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with career development software and tools.🛠️ Keahlian
