CV Eka Anugerah is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Instructor to join our team in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and mentoring junior instructors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the relevant field and a passion for teaching and developing others.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet performance standards,Evaluate and assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer,Strong knowledge of the subject matter and ability to teach complex concepts,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience
