Mandiri Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Implement and monitor security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.,Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to new IT staff.,Stay up-to-date with emerging IT technologies and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies.,Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing technologies.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
