Biocon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Bali. This is a one-year contract position with a focus on driving our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, from identifying top talent to onboarding and integrating new hires into our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' fit for our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and external partners.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
