📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare accurate and timely tax filings.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial efficiency.
• Lead a team of accountants and tax professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, such as cash flow, profitability, and liquidity.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and tax.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
