📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health and well-being to the nursing staff.
• Assist with medication administration and ensure residents take their prescribed medications on time.
• Create and maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
• Assist with recreational activities and outings to promote social engagement and overall well-being.
• Document all care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans for residents.
• Promote a positive and respectful environment for both residents and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in elderly care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
• Experience with using electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about providing compassionate care to the elderly.
