📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and negotiate contracts for international EPC power projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and legal standards.
• Oversee project budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, including project status updates, financial performance, and risk assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve contract management and commercial operations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Represent Runh Power Pte Ltd in client meetings and negotiations, maintaining a professional and positive image for the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, or a similar role within the energy or construction sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing international EPC projects, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle and commercial processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and contract management software.
• Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
