As a Marine Vessel Operations Staff, you will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our vessels operate at peak performance. You will use industry-standard software such as Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS) to monitor vessel performance, track fuel consumption, and manage maintenance schedules. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in maritime operations and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including monitoring vessel performance and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations.
• Manage crew schedules and ensure that all personnel are properly trained and certified.
• Monitor fuel consumption and manage maintenance schedules to ensure optimal vessel performance.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all vessels meet safety standards.
• Use industry-standard software such as FMS and ECDIS to track vessel performance and manage operations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and safety.
• Provide regular reports on vessel performance and operational metrics to senior management.
• Participate in emergency response planning and ensure that all personnel are prepared to respond to emergencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Certification as a Master Mariner or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS).
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
