📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily mining operations, ensuring optimal production levels and efficiency.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans, utilizing software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of mining engineers and technicians.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mining operations with other business functions.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay current with industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining production management, with a strong background in open-pit mining operations.
• Certification in mine safety and environmental management, such as the Certified Professional in Safety (CPS) or the Certified Mining Professional (CMP).
• Proven experience in using mining software such as SAP, Oracle, and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
