📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize logistics network operations to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods.
• Manage and coordinate a team of logistics personnel, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
• Develop and implement route plans and schedules using SAP and other logistics software.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain seamless logistics flow.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on network performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation, with a focus on network operations.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing logistics networks using SAP or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and industry standards in logistics and transportation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
