📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Perform Japanese-style rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in rehabilitation techniques and technology.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Certification in Japanese rehabilitation techniques or a strong background in manual therapy.
• Proficiency in using advanced rehabilitation equipment such as TENS units, ultrasound therapy devices, and exercise machines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid professional license to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia.
