📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the automotive workshop, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain compliance and high performance.
• Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with management to develop and execute strategic plans for workshop growth and development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in the workshop.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of managing and developing teams.
• Certification in automotive repair and maintenance (e.g., ASE, I-CAR, or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of various automotive makes and models, including their repair procedures and diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using workshop management software (e.g., Autocad, AutoDesk, or similar).
