📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one piano, guitar, drum, or keyboard lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to each student's unique needs and learning style.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including Yamaha Piano Suite, Finale Notepad, and SmartMusic, to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and achieve their musical goals.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest music education techniques and technologies to provide the best possible instruction.
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching space, ensuring it is safe and welcoming for students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching piano, guitar, drum, or keyboard lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Proficiency in using music education software, such as Yamaha Piano Suite, Finale Notepad, and SmartMusic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and their families.
• Passion for music and a dedication to helping students achieve their musical goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to accommodate multiple students and lesson schedules.
• Familiarity with the music education landscape in Bali and a willingness to adapt to the local context.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience in the relevant music education field.
