📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional.
• Manage and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and facility improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
