📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers using tools like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements.
• Assist in the processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Participate in the monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed.
